Windows VPS in Turkey with Full RDP Access
A Windows VPS is a virtual server running Windows Server or Windows 10 with CPU and RAM reserved for you. Ours run on KVM virtualization and NVMe RAID10 storage in a TIER 3 data center in Bursa, Turkey, and you manage them over Remote Desktop (RDP) with full Administrator rights. Servers are ready in 5-7 minutes, with plans from $8 per month.

What is a Windows VPS and who is it for?
A Windows VPS is a virtual server that runs Windows with its own dedicated slice of CPU and memory. Unlike shared hosting, the whole server is yours: you open a Remote Desktop (RDP) session, sign in as Administrator and use it much like a PC, installing whatever Windows software your work requires. The difference is that it sits in a data center, stays online 24/7 on a fast network and keeps running when your own computer is switched off.
Windows VPS or Windows VDS?
You will see both names. In Turkey, providers usually say VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) to make clear that resources are not oversold. Every server we offer is KVM-based: vCPU and RAM are reserved for you and each instance runs its own kernel in full isolation, so the product is the same whichever term you prefer.
Remote Desktop (RDP) access
RDP is Microsoft's remote desktop protocol. Windows PCs ship with the Remote Desktop Connection client, and free RDP clients exist for macOS and Linux. Enter the server IP and your Administrator credentials and you land on a familiar Windows desktop.
Why host your Windows server in Turkey?
Every mouse movement and keystroke in an RDP session makes a round trip to the server, so latency shapes how responsive it feels. From our Bursa data center, typical latency across Turkey is 5-15 ms, which keeps remote desktops close to local-PC smoothness for teams and customers in the region. Keeping data inside Turkey also helps with KVKK, the Turkish data protection law.

What can you run on a Windows VPS?
Run Windows-only software on a server that is always on, fast and reachable from anywhere.
ASP.NET and IIS apps
Publish .NET Framework and modern .NET web applications on IIS. The natural home for projects with Windows-specific dependencies.
Accounting and ERP software
Move your office accounting or ERP application to the server so your team can work from anywhere over RDP. Installing and licensing the software is your responsibility.
MSSQL and Windows databases
Host SQL Server and other Windows-based databases on NVMe RAID10 storage. SQL Server editions other than Express require their own licence.
Always-on applications
Keep desktop apps, scheduled tasks and trading platforms such as MetaTrader running around the clock, even when your own computer is off.
Test and staging
Test your software across Windows versions and reinstall the operating system from the panel in minutes.
Remote team desktop
Give your team a central Windows desktop. More than two simultaneous users require Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and CAL licences.
What every Windows VPS includes
Guaranteed KVM resources
vCPU and RAM are reserved for you and never shared. Each server runs its own kernel in full isolation.
NVMe RAID10 storage
Enterprise NVMe drives in a RAID10 array deliver high read/write speeds and redundancy against disk failure.
10 Gbps network, IPv4 + IPv6
Every plan includes an IPv4 address and IPv6 support, connected through a 10 Gbps uplink.
DDoS protection
DDoS protection is active on every service, with volumetric attacks filtered at the infrastructure level.
Weekly automatic backups
A full image backup is taken every week at no cost and the last three weeks are retained. Manual backups are available from the panel.
Full control from the panel
Start, stop, reinstall, mount ISOs and manage firewall rules yourself, without opening a support ticket.
Windows VPS or Linux VPS?
Both run on the same KVM platform at the same prices. The right choice depends on the software you need and how you like to manage servers.
| Criteria | Windows VPS | Linux VPS |
|---|---|---|
| Operating system | Windows Server 2022 / 2019, Windows 10 | Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS |
| Access | Remote Desktop (RDP), graphical | SSH, command line |
| Admin account | Administrator | root |
| Provisioning time | 5-7 minutes | 2-3 minutes |
| Suggested starting plan | Silver VDS (4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM) | Bronze VDS (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM) |
| Licensing | Depends on edition; confirm before ordering | Free distributions |
| Typical workloads | ASP.NET/IIS, MSSQL, desktop and ERP software | Web servers, Docker, Node.js, Python, databases |
Which plan fits which workload?
- Bronze VDS (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM): a single lightweight app, a Windows 10 test machine or scheduled jobs.
- Silver VDS (4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM): Windows Server with the Desktop Experience, an IIS web app, or a remote desktop for one or two users.
- Gold VDS (6 vCPU, 16 GB RAM): MSSQL databases, accounting and ERP software, or several users via RDS.
- Platinum VDS (8 vCPU, 32 GB RAM): heavy database workloads and multiple business services on one server.
These are starting points rather than hard rules; your real needs depend on your software's requirements and how many people use the server at once. You can upgrade to a larger plan whenever you outgrow your current one.
Connect to your Windows VPS in 4 steps
From order to your first RDP session takes only a few minutes.
-
Choose a plan and Windows version
Pick the plan that fits your workload and select Windows Server 2022, 2019 or Windows 10 as the OS. New customers can apply the ILK20 code.
-
Receive your credentials
Your server is provisioned in 5-7 minutes after payment confirmation; the IP address and Administrator login arrive by email.
-
Connect over RDP
Open Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc) on Windows, Microsoft's Windows App on macOS, or Remmina or xfreerdp on Linux, and enter the server IP.
-
Lock it down
Change the Administrator password, run Windows Update and restrict RDP access using the checklist below.
RDP security checklist
An RDP port (3389) exposed to the internet is one of the most common targets of automated scans and brute-force attempts. After your first login we recommend the following:
- Set a long, unique Administrator password, and ideally create a separate admin account for day-to-day work.
- In Windows Defender Firewall, allow the RDP rule only from your own static IP address.
- If you do not have a static IP, put RDP behind a VPN or move it off the default port 3389.
- Keep Network Level Authentication (NLA) enabled.
- Run Windows Update regularly and use an account lockout policy to limit failed sign-in attempts.
