This policy regulates the rights of our customers and the refund processes for services provided by Disket Telekom LTD ŞTİ under the Hosting Server brand.
1. Right of Refund
For web hosting and virtual server (VPS) services, if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund provided that no more than 7 days have passed since the service start date.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for a refund:
- Dedicated servers
- GPU custom setup servers
- SSL Certificates and Licenses
- Virtual servers with active IPv6 or graphics cards
3. Refund Request and Process
- Refund requests can be submitted via the customer panel.
- Refunds are processed through the same payment channel used for the purchase.
- Refund procedures are completed within a maximum of 7 business days.
4. Exclusions from Refund Guarantee
- Abuse, spam, and DDoS activities
- Service suspension or termination
- Additional orders or renewals
5. First Service Limitation
The satisfaction-based refund policy applies only to the first service the customer purchases in that category.
6. Customer Acceptance Declaration
By placing an order and making a payment, the customer is deemed to have accepted these refund terms.
